It's only February???

Hey Firecrackers!

Can you believe that it’s ONLY February? Like…January just ended. January dragged on for so long, it’s definitely the Monday of months if you ask me.

What’s going on in your world?

Over here with me, everyday feels like the same day- groundhog day, if you will. But it’s ok, I’ve gotten used to the familiarity of having the same routines. You know what excites me these days??? Cleaning the bathroom or putting the laundry away, ESPECIALLY after delaying it so many times.

What gets you excited? It can anything from changing your bed sheets, to a night out- nothing is too big or small.

Over here with Firecracker Department, the Writing Department has added a NEW Writing Burst session on top of our usual one on Thursdays at 6pm EST. Now, you can join us at 12pm EST on Thursdays if it works better for you- how great is that?

I’ve been able to moderate one of the early burst sessions already (and I moderate tomorrow too 👀,) and I’ve gotta say that it’s so fun to see new faces! If you’re reading this and had NO idea about the new burst session, now you do, and hopefully I’ll see you there one day. 

How does one get the details to attend a Writing Burst Session? You’ve gotta join our Facebook Members Group. Usually on the day of or on the day before the burst, a Facebook Event will go up with the zoom link & who’s moderating. The new 12pm EST Burst is no different than our 6pm EST one. We’ve just added a new time to accommodate people in other time zones. You’ll still get writing prompts that will hopefully inspire you to write something you want to share with the group- even then, you don’t have to read your response if you don’t want to! 

We also have our first Script Reading Event of 2022 coming VERY soon! Watch our socials and keep an eye on our website for more details because you will NOT want to miss it.

Before I wrap this entry up, I’d also like to wish all the lovebirds a very Happy Valentine's Day this February 14! For those flying solo this year, happy chocolate and romcom day to you! ❤️
