Headlined by Stephanie McLarty and Anne-Marie Krytiuk and featuring a lineup of special comedy guest stars including Elaine Gold, Lucy Winkle, Sandra Battaglini and of course Naomi Snieckus, this Comedy Café is packed with laughter and fresh perspectives from some of the best female and non-binary comedians.

It's the perfect chance to relax, reconnect, and celebrate with the Firecracker community in a welcoming, supportive space. Whether you're a longtime fan or discovering us for the first time, this relaunch event is not to be missed—reserve your spot and get ready to laugh!

Firecracker Dept was started as a podcast and swiftly became a community of like minded women and non-binary artists coming together to support each other to take creative action!

Firecracker Comedy Dept Café: An afternoon Laugh Fest at The Sweet Action Theatre 180 Shaw Street, October 27th!

Toronto, ON – Get ready for an afternoon of laughs, coffee, and community as the Firecracker Comedy Dept Café takes over Sweet Action Theatre on October 27th from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM! This special lunchtime comedy event features a dynamic lineup of stand-up, improv, and sketch comedy performed by some of the brightest stars from the Firecracker Department community.

Join Firecracker Dept Founder and Second City Alum: Naomi Snieckus and stand up and head of the Firecracker Comedy Dept Steph Mclarty PLUS The Comedy Network’s Rebecca Reeds, The Beaverton’s Paloma Nuñez, Comedy Central’s Kate Lambert, sketch duo Small Friend Tall Friend, and Just for Laughs veteran Martha Chaves for an hour of nonstop laughs.

In addition to the comedy, enjoy coffee and freshly baked goods for sale, and stay afterward to connect with your favorite Firecracker comedians!
